Welcome to MRE Luxury Drive. By accessing our website or making a booking, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
Definitions
"MRE Luxury Drive" or "we"
MRE Luxury Drive, a car rental company based in Casablanca, Morocco.
"User" or "you"
Any individual or legal entity accessing the website or using MRE Luxury Drive services.
"Renter"
The person named in the rental agreement who takes possession of the vehicle.
"Vehicle"
Any motor vehicle made available by MRE Luxury Drive (directly owned or through a partner).
"Booking"
A confirmed rental request acknowledged by MRE Luxury Drive, resulting in a rental agreement.
"Partner"
A third-party rental agency with which MRE Luxury Drive collaborates to provide vehicles under an MRE Luxury Drive contract.
Object and Acceptance
These Terms define the conditions for accessing and using the MRE Luxury Drive website, as well as the general conditions applicable to vehicle rentals.
By using our website, making a booking or signing a rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law, including the Code of Obligations and Contracts (D.O.C.), the Commercial Code and Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
Site Access and Services
The MRE Luxury Drive website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. MRE Luxury Drive reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, particularly for maintenance or security reasons.
To make a booking, you must be an adult (18 years or older) and have a valid means of payment. MRE Luxury Drive reserves the right to refuse any booking without having to justify the decision.
Using our website for unlawful, fraudulent or immoral purposes is strictly prohibited.
General Rental Conditions
Age and driving licence
The renter must be at least 21 years old. For Prestige, Sport and Luxury SUV categories, the minimum age is 25. A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years is mandatory. The renter must present the original driving licence at the time of vehicle pick-up.
Required documents
The renter must present at contract signing: a valid national identity card (CIN) or passport, the original driving licence, and the payment method for the deposit. Foreign residents must present a valid passport.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required at vehicle pick-up. The amount varies by vehicle category (from MAD 2,000 to MAD 30,000). The deposit is blocked via bank imprint or paid in cash. It is returned within 7 business days after vehicle return, subject to no damage, fines or penalties.
Fuel policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank. The renter undertakes to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. In case of deficit, refuelling charges will be deducted from the deposit.
Mileage
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the rental includes unlimited mileage within Moroccan territory. Any travel outside Morocco without prior written authorisation is prohibited and makes the renter fully liable.
Non-smoking and pets
All our vehicles are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in vehicles without prior agreement. Any violation of these rules will incur specific cleaning fees.
Traffic violations and fines
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations committed during the rental period. Any fine or penalty will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced to the renter, plus an administrative fee of MAD 200.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made online via our website or directly at an agency. A booking is only definitively confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from MRE Luxury Drive (by email). In case of unavailability of the reserved vehicle, MRE Luxury Drive undertakes to offer an equivalent or superior vehicle.
The booking covers a vehicle category. The exact vehicle is assigned at contract signing, based on available fleet. MRE Luxury Drive guarantees at minimum the characteristics of the reserved category.
MRE Luxury Drive reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of suspected fraud, false declarations or non-compliance with these Terms.
Pricing, Payment and Deposit
All prices displayed on our website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes (20% VAT). Rates may vary depending on season, availability and rental duration.
Payment is made at vehicle pick-up, at the agency. MRE Luxury Drive accepts payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and cash (within Moroccan regulatory limits).
Rates include: compulsory third-party liability insurance, service fees, VAT. They exclude: additional options and equipment, comprehensive insurance (optional), fuel costs and tolls.
In case of an extension not previously agreed, the applicable rate will be the rate in force at the time of extension, without guarantee of maintaining the original rate.
Cancellation and Modification
Standard cancellation policy:

Any request to modify a booking (dates, location, category) must be submitted at least 24 hours before pick-up and is subject to availability. A modification fee of MAD 100 may apply.
In the event of duly justified force majeure (natural disaster, documented serious accident, hospitalisation), MRE Luxury Drive undertakes to find an amicable solution.
Sub-rental and Partners
MRE Luxury Drive may, in order to meet your request, use vehicles provided by local partner agencies. In this case:
- The rental agreement is signed exclusively with MRE Luxury Drive;
- MRE Luxury Drive remains your sole point of contact and guarantor of service quality;
- MRE Luxury Drive's quality, safety and insurance standards apply to all vehicles provided;
- In case of dispute, MRE Luxury Drive is liable to you regardless of the partner agency involved.
This sub-rental practice allows MRE Luxury Drive to offer greater availability across Morocco without compromising service quality.
Liability
MRE Luxury Drive takes every effort to ensure the reliability and availability of its website and services. However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of:
- Indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website;
- Temporary interruption or unavailability of the site for maintenance;
- Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts);
- Fault or negligence of the renter during the rental period;
- Damage caused to third parties by the renter.
In any event, MRE Luxury Drive's liability is limited to the amount of the booking concerned. In case of vehicle damage, the renter's excess is determined in the rental agreement.
MRE Luxury Drive accepts no liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Intellectual Property
All content on the MRE Luxury Drive website — texts, images, logos, videos, trademarks, designs, interfaces — is the exclusive property of MRE Luxury Drive or its partners and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of all or part of the website content is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
The trademark "MRE Luxury Drive" and its logo are registered trademarks. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law, including the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts (D.O.C.) of 9 Ramadan 1331.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution in the first instance. Failing agreement within 30 days, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
For consumer disputes, you may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service or the Moroccan Banking Mediation Centre depending on the nature of the dispute.
Updates to These Terms
MRE Luxury Drive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. New conditions take effect upon publication on the website. We recommend that you check this page regularly.
