Introduction
MRE Luxury Drive (hereinafter "we", "our company") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect information about you when you use our website, make a booking or use our vehicle rental services in Morocco.
This policy is established in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Personal Data Collected
In the course of providing our services, we collect the following categories of data:
Identification Data
First name, last name, date of birth, nationality, CIN or passport number, driver's license number and expiry date.
Contact Data
Email address, phone number, postal address.
Booking Data
Pick-up and return dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, selected vehicle category and vehicle, additional options and services.
Browsing Data
IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration (via cookies – see section 7).
Payment Data
Payment information (card number, etc.) is processed directly by our secure payment provider and is never stored on our servers.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Managing and fulfilling your bookings and rental agreements;
- Verifying your identity and driver's license in compliance with Moroccan regulations;
- Communicating about your booking (confirmation, reminders, modifications);
- Improving our services and personalising your experience;
- Sending marketing communications with your prior consent;
- Fraud prevention and compliance with our legal obligations.
Sub-rental and Third-Party Sharing
MRE Luxury Drive sometimes provides vehicles in partnership with other local rental agencies (sub-rental). In this case, your rental agreement remains concluded exclusively with MRE Luxury Drive, which remains the sole party responsible for the service and the protection of your data.
Your personal data may be shared with:
- Our partner agencies (sub-rental), only to the extent necessary for the performance of your contract and under confidentiality agreements;
- Our service providers (payment, IT hosting, communications) bound by contractual data protection clauses;
- Competent authorities (customs, police, courts) upon legal request.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Retention Period
Your data is retained for the following periods:
